Not your traditional real estate office. More like... a cafe!

 

Our main office is located in the heart of South Beach, at the corner of Washington Avenue and 15th Street. We are co-located with two other businesses that together make our setup delightfully unique:

Kafka's Cybercafe. Kafka's is the oldest and largest cybercafe in South Beach -- and it is the only cybercafe in all South Florida that is open 24 hours a day!

Caffe Di Mauro. A cozy coffee shop with exquisite sandwiches and salads prepared by Italian chef Mauro.

So when you come to our offices you can browse the internet, drink coffee, eat and chill while we help you find a cool place to rent.
